We can transfer all of your current analogue lines, ISDN2e or ISDN 30, plus any BT Select Services to Z1 Telecom. Not only will you receive one bill for your calls and lines but you will save a considerable sum of money on the line rental. With Z1 Telecom you receive one 'easy to understand' bill showing line rental and itemised calls rather than two separate bills, as well as one point of contact for your calls & telephone lines.

We will assess your needs to ensure you on the correct tariff for your business requirements. Once we have the required documentation in place and your lines have been transfered from your current service provider to Z1 you will receive one single bill per month from us. You may be contacted from your old service provider, via a phone call at this point to confirm your intention to transfer line rental and call charges to Z1 Telecom. We will provide you with an estimated completion date. The completion date will be the date you stop being billed line rental and call charges from your old service provider and will start being billed for line rental by Z1 Telecom. We will continue to support and bill any Select Services you have set up on the line such as call-waiting, call barring etc. You will receive one bill showing line rental and all call charges making your billing processes simpler.

During the transfer from your current provider to Z1 Telecom there is no interruption to your services and you can keep your phone numbers.
