This product supplies you with two ADSL lines and 16 Static IP addresses (5 usable on each line giving you 10 Static IP addresses to use).
Data reliant businesses can now have a separate line configured with a totally different DSLAM within the local exchange
(subject to availability) and routed over a different central pipe.
We have designed the package to be independent of your IP addresses in as much as the static IP addresses we provide will work regardless of the route taken. One set of IP addresses with a simplified seamless route means simple configuration.
We provide a Max Office line as your main broadband line and provision a second broadband connection to a separate DSLAM within the local telephone exchange (which is independent of the main line as far as routing is concerned).
The package is a Self-install Broadband package for business users with one or more computers. We make it simple to use inasmuch that your IP addresses will work on both connections. Migration from another ISP is free of charge
During the first 10 days of service on ADSL MAX the line speed will regularly change, resetting the connection to the exchange every time. You may experience intermittent service during this period for that reason we are unable to report a fault. This is the MAX service settling down to achieve the best rate possible.
