Business Development Apprentice – Two Positions Available

Due to successful growth, we are currently looking for two Business Development Apprentices to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company at an exciting time. We are a long established company that is committed to developing future business leaders.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the responsibilities for the successful candidates include:

  • Learning all aspects of business development from appointment generation to face-to-face selling

  • Developing telephone and face-to-face selling skills

  • Management of own prospect database using the internal CRM

  • Following up marketing campaigns

  • Following set procedures

  • Attending college to gain a qualification in business development

Desirable skills and capabilities:

  • An ambitious, enthusiastic and professional approach to work

  • A willingness to learn and embrace the Z1 Telecom culture

  • An interest in developing a career in business development

Field Sales Advisor

The Job
You are the face of Z1 Telecom and you’ll be dealing with small business owners every day, showing them how we can improve their business communications and reduce their bills – and that’s why we’ve become the small business champion of the UK. Salespeople are the superstars of the company and if you are successful there is no limit to where you can go with Z1 Telecom. For you to succeed, you’ll need:

  • The ability and confidence to meet with lots of business owners every day

  • We offer a £18,000-20,000 basic salary based on your documented relevant sales experience.

  • But more importantly we offer an unlimited commission plan that allows you to earn as much as you want to.

  • Most of our salespeople earn £42k+ some considerably more, particularly our sales leaders.

  • You’ll also get a total of 28 days’ holiday, pension, car allowance and much more besides.

Account Managers

We are a market leading telecommunications company seeking ambitious, experienced telesales team members. Excellent commissions are gained and a thorough training program and career progression given.

A superb internal sales role working with a focus on staff development, training and career opportunities. Based from our sales office in Bradford, the role will involve making outbound calls to businesses across the country with an aim to selling telecoms services over the phone or booking an appointment for the field sales staff to attend.

Required Skills/ Experience

• Telecoms industry experience would be beneficial but not essential

• Confident sales pitcher and closer over the phone

• Proven track record in sales

• Good relationship builder

• Must be resilient, with good work ethic and attitude
