What lines are available on the service?We can transfer existing lines and order new installations for all of the following line types: PSTN Single Lines PSTN Multi Lines ISDN2e ISDN30e We can also transfer but not provision new installations of ISDN30 DASS.

Will an engineer need to visit?No, all transfers are done without an engineer having to visit. Obviously for new installations an engineer will need to visit your premises.

Will my line go down during a transfer?No, transfers are done seamlessly and there will be no interruption to your service. How do I pay for the service? All charges for rental and any additional services will be taken by direct debit on a monthly basis unless any other agreement is in place.

What happens if I experience a fault?In the unlikely event you suffer a fault on the line, do not ring BT as they will not be able to assist. If you have a problem at any time of the day or night and any day of the week, please call our customer service line on 0870 050 8021 and select the fault option.

What if I decide to cancel my service?You will be required to agree to a minimum 12-month service period. If you wish to cancel during this period, cancellation fees may apply.

Can I still use the Internet?If you have ADSL on your line then the transfer will not affect this in any way whatsoever. Moreover we may save you money on your broadband - please contact us for more information.

What if I want extra lines or new services?If you need any new lines Z1 Telecom Ltd can provide these with a saving of around 15% over our main competitors.
