No, all transfers are done without an engineer having to visit. Obviously for new installations an engineer will need to visit your premises.
No, transfers are done seamlessly and there will be no interruption to your service. How do I pay for the service? All charges for rental and any additional services will be taken by direct debit on a monthly basis unless any other agreement is in place.
In the unlikely event you suffer a fault on the line, do not ring BT as they will not be able to assist. If you have a problem at any time of the day or night and any day of the week, please call our customer service line on 0870 050 8021 and select the fault option.
You will be required to agree to a minimum 12-month service period. If you wish to cancel during this period, cancellation fees may apply.
