Unique Maintenance

At Z1 Telecom we have a unique attitude to the maintenance of your telephone system. In the event you have a problem with your telephone system, we will help over the phone in the first instance. If your problem hasn’t been resolved we do not charge for site visits. This sets Z1 Telecom apart from our competitors. We have set new standards in the Telephone System Maintenance industry and we are proud of this fact.

Traditionally if a problem couldn’t be resolved and a visit was required our competitors would have imposed a hefty visit charge.

Annual Visit

So not only will we not charge if we cannot fix a problem remotely and we have to visit you, each year on the anniversary of your agreement we can come to your premises and give your telephone system a service with no additional charge.

Gone are the days when you paid a maintenance fee and never saw anyone.
